About the Founder
Dr. Shernette Grant, affectionately known as Dr. G, is the visionary behind Unorthodox Leadership Consulting. A certified ICP-ACC Agile Coach, accomplished speaker, author, consultant, and podcast host, Dr. G is a transformative leader with decades of experience. She is an agile thinker, strategic innovator, and relationship builder with a proven ability to navigate complex environments. Her extensive career spans both the public and private sectors, including serving as a School Principal and Director of Programs in the sixth-largest school district in the USA, leading mission-driven organizations as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer, and founding and managing a successful luxury transportation company and Unorthodox Leadership Consulting.
Dr. G’s diverse professional journey equips her to empower leaders at all levels to achieve remarkable success. She specializes in turning challenges into opportunities by leveraging real-world insights and actionable strategies to foster resilience, inclusivity, and lasting success. Her unorthodox approach inspires individuals and organizations to break barriers, adapt to change, and thrive in today’s dynamic world.
As a coach, trainer, speaker, and host of the podcast “Leadership+ with Dr. G,” she passionately explores what it takes to lead, grow, and inspire others to be their absolute best.
