I am sitting on my couch watching the news… KOBE BRYANT…ATHLETE, HEALTHY, NICE GUY, DID I SAY HEALTHY… DEAD in a helicopter crash. SAY IT AIN’T SO! What is life? This isn’t new or rare, but the seemingly infinite nature of a young athlete who seemed to have followed most of the rules places it into perspective! We are fragile, we are FINITE, the only guarantee we have is “NOW”. Earlier today, my pastor’s message was, NO MORE EXCUSES! Speak it, do it and be reminded of whom you need to be thankful to for “it”. We have a responsibility to exercise leadership in our own lives. Leadership requires action, leadership of self requires action on one’s part. Make each day count…Make it count…Let that be your legacy! (Author of the image depicted above-unknown).
