Her extensive career spans both the public and private sectors, including serving as a School Principal and Director of Programs in the sixth-largest school district in the USA, leading mission-driven organizations as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer, and founding and managing a successful luxury transportation company and Unorthodox Leadership Consulting. Dr. G’s diverse professional journey equips her to empower leaders at all levels to achieve remarkable success. She specializes in turning challenges into opportunities by leveraging real-world insights and actionable strategies to foster resilience, inclusivity, and lasting success. Her unorthodox approach inspires individuals and organizations to break barriers, adapt to change, and thrive in today’s dynamic world. Diane Bell-McKoy is the Founder of Opportunity Connection, LLC, a consulting firm that partners with organizations as a trusted thought partner. With more than 30 years of experience, she specializes in building high-impact relationships, driving positive outcomes, and equipping clients with tools to create inclusive workplace cultures through coaching, consulting, and facilitation. Opportunity Connection brings the kind of disruptive thinking required to unlock strategic opportunities and solve real-world challenges, offering an impartial, external perspective to help clients reach higher levels of performance and success. Ms. Bell-McKoy is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, along with additional postgraduate training. She began her public service career in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. region and later joined Mayor Marion Barry’s public policy office as part of “Changing the Odds,” an early partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation and the District of Columbia Government. She went on to serve in several senior roles in D.C. Government before joining Baltimore City Government under Mayor Kurt Schmoke’s leadership. In Baltimore, she spearheaded the 1994 launch of the nation’s most successful Empowerment Zone, a $100 million federal grant initiative designed to create sustained economic and community development opportunities. (Notably, the framework for Harbor East was among the original projects developed as part of this zone.) Over the course of her career, Ms. Bell-McKoy has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the Baltimore City School Board, Greater Baltimore Committee, Baltimore Community Foundation, and Baltimore’s Promise, among others. She is currently authoring a book that reflects on the lessons learned throughout her career and the intersectionality of her personal journey. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Bell-McKoy is a recent widow, the proud mother of three adult “love children,” and a grandmother to six grandchildren and five great- grandchildren—while still proudly calling herself a young grandmother.

His rags-to-riches story began in the Baltimore projects amidst poverty and racial segregation, before overcoming obstacles to establish three companies: BITHGROUP Technologies, Bithenergy, and through RobertWallace.com, EntreTeach. LaToya Wilson is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, Global Co-Head of Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures. In her current role, LaToya is responsible for the Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Lab, an in-house startup accelerator that promotes access to capital for early-stage technology and technology enabled companies. In addition, LaToya is responsible for developing and executing commercial opportunities and strategies to achieve and maintain market and thought leadership with early-stage founders. LaToya has over 20 years of experience in the private markets and in impact investing in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, LaToya was the Senior Vice President of Business Investments at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (UMEZ), an urban revitalization fund that leverages public and private capital to sustain the economic redevelopment of Upper Manhattan in New York through job creation, corporate alliances and strategic investments. In this role, LaToya was responsible for creating and overseeing credit policies, structuring and executing investment transactions and creating the organization’s first line of credit fund to support small businesses. LaToya was also the Director of Neighborhood and Commercial Revitalization for the City of New Haven’s Economic Development Administration where she managed the city’s Development and Redevelopment Commissions and worked in collaboration with investors, the state and community stakeholders to originate and yield over $500 million in new and revitalized development projects. He specializes in serving not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, and real estate entities, with deep expertise in financial statement preparation, audits, and tax services. As the team leader for GSG’s not-for-profit and employee benefit plan service areas, Scott provides strategic guidance to help organizations strengthen internal controls, improve operating efficiencies, and meet funder and regulatory requirements. He has been recognized multiple times as one of the top CPAs in the Greater Baltimore region by SmartCEO Magazine and serves on several nonprofit boards, underscoring his commitment to community impact.

Robert D. Matthews is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Exelon. In this role, he acts as a strategic advisor, overseeing the operations of the CEO’s office and ensuring alignment across executive initiatives and corporate objectives. Throughout his tenure at Exelon, Robert has held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of External Affairs & Engagement, Vice President of Talent & Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, and Vice President of Workforce Development & Exelon Utilities Chief of Staff. In these roles, he has been instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster community engagement. Robert’s commitment to workforce development and community service is evident in his extensive board involvement. He serves as Board Chair for Afro Charities, Baltimore Bon Secours Foundation, and The Leadership.
